Terms of Service

Last updated September 22, 2026

These terms govern your use of Healti. They are written to be read, not to be skipped. If anything here is unclear, write to us at support@healti.com before you subscribe.

1. What Healti does

Healti helps a medical practice organize provider credentialing and payer enrollment. It keeps a record of your providers, their licenses and documents, tracks the applications you file with payers, and warns you when something is about to expire.

Healti does not submit applications to payers on your behalf. You or your staff file each application through the payer’s own portal or forms. Healti records what you filed, when, and what the payer answered.

2. What Healti is not

Healti is a record-keeping and reminder tool. It is not legal advice, not compliance certification, and not a substitute for your own verification of a provider’s credentials.

  • Exclusion screening is a convenience, not a guarantee. When enabled, Healti compares your providers against the OIG LEIE and, if configured, SAM.gov. These lists are published by third parties, can be out of date, and a match is only a possible match until a person reviews it. Healti tells you on screen which lists were actually checked and when. You remain responsible for confirming that a provider is eligible to bill federal programs.
  • Registry data comes from the source, unchanged. Information retrieved from NPPES is reproduced as that registry publishes it. CAQH and PECOS information is what you entered; Healti labels it as such and does not verify it.
  • Turnaround estimates are averages. Payer timelines shown in Healti are historical estimates, not commitments by the payer or by us.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of what you enter, for keeping credentials to your account secure, and for the actions of the users you invite. Tell us promptly at support@healti.com if you believe an account has been accessed without authorization.

You must be authorized to act for the practice whose data you enter, and you must have the right to upload the provider documents you store in Healti.

4. Fees and billing

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance, per billable provider, at the plan price shown when you subscribe.
  • Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number.
  • Adding providers during a billing period changes the quantity on your subscription from the next invoice.
  • You may cancel at any time from the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. We do not prorate partial months.
  • If a payment fails, we may suspend access until it is resolved. We will email you before we do.

5. Your data is yours

You keep all rights to the data you put into Healti. We use it to operate the service for you — nothing else. We do not sell it, and we do not use it to train models.

You can export your provider roster and download your stored documents at any time from inside the app, while your account is active. If you cancel, export before the account closes.

6. Availability

We work to keep Healti available and correct, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages (payer portals, registries, our hosting provider) and unforeseen failures can all interrupt it. Nightly monitoring runs on a schedule; if a run fails, the app shows you when checks last succeeded rather than implying they did.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to Healti is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost revenue from delayed credentialing, denied claims, or payer decisions.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Healti at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms, that is used unlawfully, or whose payments remain unresolved — with notice, except where the breach makes notice unreasonable.

9. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that materially affects you, we will tell you by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Healti after that date means you accept the revised terms.
